Privacy Policy

Anima Therapy is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of personal data that it maintains about its clients.

As per the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that will take effect across on May 25th, 2018, we have updated our Privacy Policy to make it easier for you to understand what information we collect and why.

We do not send out any marketing emails or newsletters and never share information with any 3rd party without your prior written consent. We store clients first name, surname, phone number and email address in order to contact in regard to managing sessions. However this data is only held in one place, on a client record form, completed by each client when they commence therapy. This data is held in a password secured and locked safe managed by the Owner of Anima Therapy who is a registered Data Controller with the ICO. All subsequent data held is encrypted with a Client Code with no name, telephone or address link. 

Clients giving consent to Anima Therapy to hold their data will continue to receive relevant communications related to bookings, amendments and cancellations.


Information will be kept for up to 4 years from the last attended therapy session.

Clients have the right to withdraw consent at any time for Anima Therapy to hold your data.
