Anima Therapy in Banbury and Northampton is a brief and solution-focused psychotherapy and counselling practice.
Anima Therapy is a Therapy and Counselling Practice based in Greatworth Hall serving the villages between Towcester, Banbury, Daventry, Northampton, Banbury and Buckingham. We work with additional therapeutic services in the surrounding villages of Culworth, Middleton Cheney, Badby, Bloxham, Evenley and Silverstone. The therapy overcomes behavioural problems, addresses poor mental health concerns and provides confidence by coaching in areas of life which need improvement or some oomph!
Anima Therapy is lead by therapist Kate Cook, and enjoys the tremendously therapeutic base in a barn conversion on a working farm with an ambient coffee house on site. There is a second practice in Northampton Town Centre based in a purpose built practice, a conversion from a stunning 5 storey Georgian townhouse, which benefits from a lift and private parking.
Working within the Human Givens framework (www.hgi.org) Anima Therapy combines leading effective therapies including Behavioural, Cognitive and Interpersonal. The Anima Therapy methodology is brief and solution focused, with research showing positive change within 4-6 sessions on average.
